I have a simple approach to data protection and privacy which adheres to the 13 Australian Privacy Principles.

What is collected from you

Credit card payments including PayPal: If you make a credit card payment on the website, your credit card details will be handled via secure processes which incorporates the use of an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that will encrypt your information as it is transmitted online. This ensures that other computers are unable to decipher information such as credit card numbers, billing details and delivery addresses.

If you pay via the website through a payment service such as PayPal or Stripe, only basic information and confirmation of payment is received. Soul Wyldly Creative will not have any access to your credit card details as these are handled by a third-party payment provider, in line with their terms of use.

User contact forms: When you fill out a contact form on the website, this information is collected and used to get in touch with you in response to your query. The information may used to reach out to you to inform you of some of the services, provided it is in line with your original query.

Mailing list: If you sign up to a mailing list, this means that you have opted-in and have consented to receiving emails relating to the services or products Soul Wyldly Creative provides. Your email address will be used for the for the purposes for which you provided it. You may opt out of such email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the email.

Steps to are taken protect the personal information you enter on the website. Please note that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and “perfect security” can not be guaranteed. This site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
